Initial description: color all but the outside row of each yellow block. For the smallest once, color all the inside cells blue. For the larger block color all of the inside cells red. I there's no way for me to go back and change the error I made here!
Final description: leave the outside squares of each yellow group, as is and change the colors of the inside squares so that the inside of the smaller group is now blue, and the inside of the larger on is now red. That is blue surrounded by yellow in the smaller grouping, and red surrounded by yellow in the larger one.
