Initial description: I changed the grey boxes to black.

Final description: I changed the grey boxes to black and then moved the horizontal line down 2 spaces and the vertical to the left.

Initial description: I looked at the number of grey boxes in the top right corner and adjusted the vertical and horizontal lines to the left and downward, respectively, based on the number of grey boxes. The lines shift based on the number of grey boxes leftwards and downwards.

Initial description: Copy the Input box. Count the number of grey square extending down in the far right column and call that number N. Make a new column in the vertical direction from top to bottom to the N spaces to the left of the current vertical line of colored boxes. Likewise, make a new horizontal row of colored boxes N rows below the current row. All the colored boxes should have the same color as in te original input . Now make all the colored boxes that carried over from the input black, leaving just the new vertical and horizontal lines of colored boxes only.

Final description: The gray squares at the beginning are key. There are used to determine how many spaces to move the center of the "t" shape. In this example there are two gray squares. This means the center of the "t" shape needs to move two spaces diagonally to the southwest. The row and column from the center will continue to extend to the edge of the grid.
