Initial description: All the example outputs had blue in the middle so I figured blue went in the middle too. I thought the black box has something to do with the outputs (on example input 2 for instance the 3 boxes above the black box are blue and the 3 on top are blue, so I went with that for this input, the three above.) The one to the side is grey, so I went with that. I chose black for the bottom right corner because it felt right, the red came from the two red squares to the right of the black box.
Final description: Blue in the middle, flip the middle above the black box to the bottom.
