Participant 1

Initial description: I thought I needed to make the grays in the 4x4 square. Then I seen it is the bottom 4x4. The 1st row is regular, the 2/3 row is backwards, 4th row is regular. Any gray square is just gray.

Final description: I thought the first row was regular and then the 2nd and 3rd were backwards. I tried change the blacks to red until it was right. I got it wrong though.

Initial description: The output becomes a 4x4 grid, colors based on the original input being segmented into 4x4 grids based on color. Grey covers everything and should be placed in the same pattern as the 4x4 input. Next, pink fills any remaining squares, then maroon, and finally yellow if any black squares remain.

Initial description: I am not sure what the rule is here except to zoom in, make it 5 by 3, and grey out some areas.

Final description: I have no clue what the rule was here. I thought I had to zoom in to 5 by 3 and make it a weird shape.
