Initial description: In the Test Input, there are Dark Blue squares and Burgundy squares. The Dark Blue squares form shapes within the field of Burgundy squares. The Dark Blue squares that form shapes that fully enclose Burgundy squares are to be colored as Light Blue in the Test Output. All Burgundy squares in the Test Input remain Burgundy in the Test Output.

Final description: Count your squares vertically and horizontally to figure out how big of a grid you'll need. Change all dark blue figures that connect in a loop to light blue. If it is an open "loop," keep the dark blue figures the same.
