Final description: Input 3 messed me up as far as any pattern I saw - in all the others it appears to just fill in the main pyramid shape with red squares, but then Input 3 has those extra red squares in the partial pyramid areas with no seeming patterns or reason that I could come up with why they chose to fill with a certain number of red squares
